Dry red wine
Alira Tribun is thought to be a response to “Vox Populi,” an assemblage of three noble red varieties of Fetească Neagră, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, to impress both novices and refined connoisseurs. The wine is fresh, mineral, with red fruit flavors, but also slightly minty reminiscent of eucalyptus. An interesting bet between the wine that spent 3 months in French barrels and the wine kept in stainless steel tanks to keep the notes of fresh fruit.

Color
Ruby with garnet reflexes

Smell
Cranberry, cherry, red berries, eucalyptus, vanilla

Taste
Sour cherries, cardamom, white pepper, black chocolate. Fine tannins from grapes harvested at full maturity.

Serving
Best enjoyed at 18 degrees, at least 30 minutes after opening. Can be stored for up to 3 years at a temperature of 13 degrees, away from light, in a horizontal position.

Culinary associations
Beef goulash, mutton kebabs
A bold assemblage like Alira Tribun can accompany various meals. It is a pleasant surprise next to the popular kebap, preferably crafted from lamb for a plus of personality. The red fruit complements perfectly a risotto with boletus mushrooms and vintage parmesan, while if we want to enjoy the spicy notes, it is good to associate it with a beef goulash or even with a beef bristle with red wine.

Wine-making and maturation
Assemblage, barrel and a stainless-steel tank
The grapes are picked manually, and then carefully selected on the sorting tables. The maceration of grapes takes between 5 and 8 days at a controlled temperature of 16 ° C. The alcoholic fermentation (100% by the addition of selected yeast) is controlled at 26-28 ° C for another 8-10 days, followed by hot maceration (thermo-maceration) between 5 and 8 days. Aging was done for about 3 months in French oak barrels for part of the wine, while the rest was kept in stainless steel tanks.
