Dry red wine

A ruby and velvety Merlot that reveals fresh and intense red fruit flavors and spices such as green pepper. It has an expressive taste that gives the illusion of sweetness, while the elegant notes of cherry and black chocolate give a long finish and a rich aftertaste. It is a warm climate Merlot style.

Sweet cherry, dried leaves, chocolate, linden tree flowers, vanilla


Intense cooked fruit notes, enriched with chocolate, baked peaches, wood, black tea and even olives. Well-balanced tannins, helped by well-integrated alcohol.


Best enjoyed at 18 degrees, at least 30 minutes after opening. Can be stored for up to 10 years at a temperature of 13 degrees, away from light, in a horizontal position.

Culinary associations

Rabbit Stew, Lasagna, Beef Wellington

Being an elegant Merlot with spice-flavored appetizers and a sweet aftertaste, it fits with juicy meat-based dishes with discrete flavors (rabbit, veal). The gourmet notes also complement the Italian inspired dishes, with rich sauces such as pasta or lasagna. May be a pleasant surprise alongside beef hamburgers.

Wine-making and maturation

Matured 11 months in oak barrel

The grapes are picked manually, and then carefully selected on the sorting tables. The maceration of grapes takes between 5 and 8 days at a controlled temperature of 16 ° C. The alcoholic fermentation (100% by the addition of selected yeast) is controlled at 26-28 ° C for another 8-10 days, followed by hot maceration (thermo-maceration) between 5 and 8 days. Aging was done for about 12 months in French oak.
