An elegant and powerful rosé, made from Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Feteasca Neagră. It presents sustained yet delicate aromas, predominantly fruity. Although it hasn't been touched by oak, the wine has a more gastronomic hint, a full body, aided by good acidity, and well-integrated alcohol.

Taste:
The taste is flavorful, full, mineral, reminiscent of the Dobrogea terroir. It confirms the olfactory notes and adds those of rosehips and pomegranate.
Aromatic:
It opens with notes of apricots and strawberries and continues with aromas of tangerine, ripe red peaches, and hints of rose jam.
Food Pairing:
Mediterranean dishes such as paella, Asian dishes with soy sauce, shrimp cooked in butter and cognac, turkey-based dishes, white chocolate desserts.
Vinification:
The "white winemaking" method was applied to achieve the desired color as well as a high level of freshness. The grapes were hand-harvested, and fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 16-17°C for approximately 10-12 days.
