Alira Flamma Rose 2021

Dry rose wine, 12.4% alcohol

An elegant but powerful rose, created from Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Feteasca Neagră. It opens with notes of peonies and grape-fruit. The taste is savory, mineral, reminiscent of the Terroir of Dobrogea and is distinguished by notes of rosehip and pomegranate. Although it has not been touched by the barrel, the wine has a more gastronomic tinge, a full body, helped by good acidity and medium alcohol (12.4%), well integrated.

The fruity flavors of this wine highlight Mediterranean dishes such as paella or Asian ones. It fits perfectly alongside the sushi, as the gastronomic notes cope with the soy sauce. If you are more inspired by French cuisine you can choose to serve it with shrimp cooked in butter and cognac.
