Alira Feteasca Black is the tribute we bring to our national variety. Created from hand-selected grapes, the wine obtained reflects the maximum potential of the variety: fine tannins, notes of cherry, chocolate and ripe plums, with a long finish and rich in sweet sensations.

It is a suitable companion for red meat, from veal goulash to venison in sauce. He can ennoble a plate of matured cheeses. It is also recommended next to duck breast or Italian sausages.

Tasting notes and serving recommendations

Color: Intense ruby red, in adulthood acquires granate reflexes.

Smell: Notes of cherry, blackcurrant, toast, dried tomatoes, truffles, prunes, raisins and vanilla, due to maturation in barrique for 12 months.

Taste: Plums, green nuts, dark chocolate. Mature and harmonious tannins. The end is long and sweet, post taste contains spicy notes.

Serving and storing: Serve at 18 degrees, at least 60 minutes after decanting. It can be stored for up to 10 years at a temperature of 13 degrees, away from light, in a horizontal position.
