Alira Concordia 2015
Dry red wine, 13.7 alcohol
The name Concordia was used by the Romans to designate the goddess of harmony in marriage. That’s why it was chosen for this elegant assembly of Feteasca Black and Cabernet Sauvignon, symbolizing those years when the varieties reach maturity simultaneously. It is a wine that impresses with its corpolence and fruitfulness structurally supported by silky tannins.
Joining red, black and refined spice notes helps this assembly to complement many dishes based on red meat, minced meat or cheeses with strong personality and taste, such as gorgonzola. It perfectly suits the dishes served in wine sauce, for example fillet mignon or complements well cooked dishes in the oven.
Matured in baric 11 months
