Well integrated tannins help it to evolve beautifully for several years, remaining vigorous.

The tannins of this variety have the gift of intensifying the sensation of meat, enhancing the taste. The aromas of black fruits are perfectly matched with spicy sauces, and the slightly rustic notes perfectly complement simple and tasty dishes, such as stews. In order to fully experience the potency of the wine you can also associate with a pastrame of oaiequ strong oriental spices.
