The taste is harmonious and appetizing, with a refreshing persistence. In addition to the olfactory aromas, there is also a discreet note of red grapefruit.

The bouquet is strong and reveals aromas of peach, early cherries, raspberry, combined with discreet notes of roses and exotic fruits.
Food Pairing:
Seafood, ricotta, goat cheese, pasta with white sauce, fruit-based desserts.
Winemaking:
The "white vinification" method was applied to obtain the desired color as well as a high level of freshness. The grapes were harvested manually, and fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 16-17°C for approximately 10-12 days.
