WINEMAKING
The grapes were picked by hand, processing taking place after careful sorting on the 2 modern sorting lines. The fermentation took place in special stainless steel tanks for fermentation and maceration of red wines, as well as in rotating tanks, where more intensive maceration takes place. The method of "cold maceration" was applied for 5-8 days, after which the fermantation took place at a temperature of 24-25°C for 8-10 days. The wine was aged in barrels for 24 months and then aged in bottles.

We recommend serving at 16-18°C. Decanting this wine gives the most patient a more complex experience, taking them through the long period that was required to be mastered.
