A generous wine, intensely colored, with a velvety texture. It is a blend of Fetească Neagră and Cabernet Sauvignon. To create a truly noble yet fresh wine, the blend was partially matured for three months in French oak barrels. The result is a full-bodied wine with a pleasant intensity and strong aromas.

Spicy cheeses, duck in orange sauce, game dishes, pasta with red sauces, red meat burgers, mushroom-based dishes.
Vinification:
The grapes were hand-picked, and fermentation took place in special stainless steel tanks for the fermentation and maceration of red wines. These tanks are the latest generation and are equipped with automatic pumps for liquid recirculation. Additionally, tanks of the rotational type (ROTO) were used, which allow for more intense maceration. The "cold maceration" method was applied for 5-8 days, followed by fermentation at a temperature of 24-25°C for 8-10 days.
