A cuvée, a complex wine, in which the Bordeaux winemaking style is evident, thanks to ALIRA's winemaker, a Frenchman with extensive experience in France. It is a blend with an elegant structure of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, resulting in a full-bodied wine with complex and persistent aromas, imparted by aging in French oak barriques.

Taste:
The taste is elaborate and invites contemplation. It confirms the olfactory notes and adds accents of caramelized red fruits, balanced with hints of spices.
Aroma:
The nose is sophisticated, with aromas of candied figs, blackcurrants, wild cherries, and violets, accompanied by nuances of cloves and vanilla.
Food Pairings:
Game-based dishes, foie gras terrines, steak with pepper sauce. The tannins in this cuvée have the gift of intensifying the tenderness of the meat, enhancing the flavor.
Winemaking:
The grapes were harvested manually, and fermentation took place in special stainless steel tanks for the fermentation and maceration of red wines, state-of-the-art tanks equipped with automated pumps for liquid circulation, as well as in rotary tanks (ROTO type), where more intense maceration occurs. The "cold maceration" method was applied for 5-8 days, followed by fermentation at a temperature of 24-25°C for 8-10 days. A blend was made between the two varieties after separate fermentation of each and after storage in barrels for approximately 14 months.
