A Cabernet Sauvignon created on the banks of the Danube, near Aliman, following the philosophy of Bordeaux that impresses with its power and elegance. It has a perfect harmony between the vibrant bouquet and well-integrated tannins, which help it evolve beautifully over the course of several years, remaining vigorous.
Visual:
Ruby red
Taste:
The taste preserves the olfactory aromas and adds notes of sage and dark chocolate. Its acidity is balanced by fine but pronounced tannins, a sign that the wine will have a long life.
Aroma:
It has a rich bouquet in which black cherry and black currant aromas stand out, along with coffee, hints of tanned leather, and white pepper.
Food Pairing:
Red meat with a higher fat content, spicy sauces, and spicy cheeses. The slightly rustic notes complement simple and savory dishes, such as stews.
Vinification:
The grapes were hand-picked, and processing took place after careful sorting on the two modern sorting lines. Fermentation occurred in special stainless steel tanks for red wine fermentation and maceration, state-of-the-art tanks equipped with automatic liquid circulation pumps, as well as in rotary tanks (ROTO type), where more intense maceration takes place. The "cold maceration" method was applied for 5-8 days, followed by fermentation at a temperature of 24-25°C for 8-10 days. The wine was then stored in barrels for 12-18 months.
