Merlot’s fruity character perfectly complements soft cheeses, even the most powerful ones, with noble molds. The sweetness of the wine counterbalances the salty notes from the cheese. The high sugar content and the cocoa and coffee notes recommend this wine alongside milk chocolate desserts.
