Dry Red Vegan wine
This assemblage of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon is simultaneously a vegan product. A young wine, easy to drink, with specific notes of dried plums, figs and red fruits. It has a full body and the taste includes notes of black chocolate and spices. The long aftertaste defines it as a quality wine.
Deep ruby, with violet rims
Dried plums, berries, vanilla, chocolate, figs
Red fruits, black chocolate, cloves, black pepper, cinnamon, nuts. Full-bodied, velvety, well integrated alcohol and fresh acidity. Long aftertaste with cedar notes and sweet wood.
Best enjoyed at 18 degrees, at least 30 minutes after opening. Can be stored for up to 8 years at a temperature of 13 degrees, away from light, in a horizontal position.
As a strong red wine, it is naturally associated with dishes in heavier sauces such as goulash, either made with beef or even vegan, with mushrooms.
Wine-making and maturation
The first selection is made in the vineyards and only the best grapes which have reached full maturity are hand-picked, then carefully selected again on the sorting tables. The philosophy is that only quality grapes are fermented. The tanks are filled with the aid of gravity without crushing the fruits. Cold maceration takes place between 5 and 8 days at 12-14ºC. The alcoholic fermentation with selected Kosher / Vegan yeasts is controlled at 26-28 ° C for 8-10 days followed by maceration for 5 days in 20 m³ thermoregulated stainless steel tanks. Aged in oak for 4 months.
