The Ghiurghiuliu wine is a kind of local Beaujolais, although it's not a red wine. It is enjoyed with the same joy, as a young, elegant, and expansive wine, creating emotions and youthful states of mind. Made from Cabernet Sauvignon, it is a semi-dry rosé with intense color and texture, and it possesses a unique personality. It is easy to understand, easy to drink, and at the same time, a rosé wine with a profound sensory structure.
Taste:
The bouquet is defined by freshness and fruitiness, exposing a multitude of flavors, with primary notes of strawberries, early cherries, and succulent strawberries.
Aroma:
The taste confirms the olfactory aromas and adds sensations of acacia flowers and rose petals.
Food Pairings:
It pairs well with salads with goat cheese, pickled fish or chicken, seafood dishes, lamb chops, calzone pizza, and fruit mousse cakes.
Winemaking:
The grapes were handpicked, and the processing took place after careful sorting on the two modern sorting lines. The "bleeding" or "saignée" winemaking method was applied to achieve a high level of fruitiness, color, and body. Fermentation occurred in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 16-17°C for approximately 10-12 days.
