Winemaking:
The "white winemaking" method was used to achieve the desired color and a high level of freshness. The grapes were hand-picked, and fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 16-17°C for approximately 10-12 days. The fermentation of the must from the three grape varieties occurred separately and was then blended.
