Taste:
The tasting experience is intense and very pleasant. The balance between sugar and acidity is ideal, and the aftertaste is persistent.
Food pairings:
Light salads, vegetable-based appetizers, and light cheeses, as well as desserts with caramelized fruits.
Winemaking process:
The grapes were harvested at full maturity, followed by 48 hours of maceration on the skins at a low temperature, and then manual selection of the grapes and berries after destemming. There was a 2-hour maceration of the must in the press. Vinification took place at a controlled temperature between 14-16°C, with batonnage on fine lees. The wine was partially matured in oak barriques for 5-7 months.
