Aliman Red Cuvee 2019 is a complex and captivating wine, designed to offer a vibrant experience of red fruits, vanilla, and spices in a meditative atmosphere that invites you to contemplate how time and craftsmanship can bring the essence of a perfect terroir into your glass.

The nose is dominated by complex notes of red fruits, vanilla, white pepper, star anise, bay leaves, and rosemary.
Taste:
The taste is complex, highlighting red fruits such as cherries, sour cherries, subtle notes of plums and blueberries, alongside bay leaves and bell peppers.
Food Pairing:
Dishes based on beef, French burgers, steak, lamb, and meat dishes with mushrooms.
Winemaking:
The grapes were handpicked, and fermentation took place in special stainless steel tanks for red wine fermentation and maceration, state-of-the-art tanks equipped with automatic liquid recirculation pumps, as well as in rotary tanks (ROTO type), where more intense maceration occurs. The "cold maceration" method was applied for 5-8 days, followed by fermentation at a temperature of 24-25°C for 8-10 days. Subsequently, the wine was aged in French oak barriques for 16 months.
